Recently I’d made a home purchased in the Tampa Apollo Beach area. Being an out of state buyer from a 1900 miles away is almost impossible to do so. However, I’ve met a local real estate agent online (through my son in-law’s online reviewed and selections) which I am considered the top few best choices that I’ve ever made.

I flew out to Tampa in October 2019 and first met Daniel Perez in person. Daniel took the times and patients to show me several houses in the local area. One of the model home by WestBay really stood out, and I decided to make a quick purchase. Daniel helped me with the home price negotiation and lot size selection.

Thorough the house’s construction phases Daniel has also helped keeps me posted with pictures and his explanations of the house construction progresses. This is considered the most important aspect of the ongoing inspection processes of the house being properly built that ones could ask for.
